Clearing Cache

This guide will walk you through how to clear the cache of an app.

For this example, we will use the ZAK TiviMate app. However, you can use the same procedure for any app.

Step 1:

From the Device’s Main Menu, scroll to and click Settings.

Step 2:

Click Applications.

Step 3:

Scroll to and click Manage Installed Applications.

Step 4:

Scroll to and click ZAK TV Official.

Step 5:

Scroll to and click Clear Cache.

Congratulations! You will notice that the app's cache is now 0 B, meaning you have successfully cleared the cache of the app.

Clearing Data

This guide will walk you through how to clear the data of an app.

For this example, we will use the PieTV-Orange app. However, you can use the same procedure for any app.

Step 1:

From the Device’s Main Menu, scroll to and click Settings.

Step 2:

Click Applications.

Step 3:

Scroll to and click Manage Installed Applications.

Step 4:

Scroll to and click ZAK TV Official.

Step 5:

Scroll to and click Clear Data.

Step 6:

You will see CLEAR DATA as a heading. Click Clear Data.

Congratulations! You will notice that the app's data is now 0 B, meaning you have successfully cleared the data of the app.
